At First Touch FC Lynx Brampton, our objective is to support the long-term development of each player by focusing on technical ability, tactical understanding, physical coordination, and confidence on the field.
Our approach emphasizes age-appropriate training, positive coaching, and a learning environment that encourages discipline, teamwork, creativity, and enjoyment of the game.

Program Philosophy
Player development takes time and consistency. Our program focuses on helping players improve through structured training sessions that prioritize skill development, game understanding, and personal growth.
Training sessions are designed according to each age group to ensure players learn the game in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
Training Structure
Players participate in 2–3 structured training sessions per week, led by experienced and certified coaches.
Each session lasts 1.5 hours and focuses on:
• Ball mastery and technical development
• Small-sided game understanding
• Tactical awareness and positioning
• Coordination, speed, and agility
• Decision-making and confidence with the ball
Training activities are adapted to the developmental stage of each player.
